In order to improve product quality and quality management level, and create a good atmosphere where everyone cares about and values quality, the company plans to launch the "Quality Month" activity in September.

On September 5, 2017, Topler's 2017 "Quality Month" event mobilization meeting was held in the training center on the third floor. Company leaders such as deputy general manager Zan Jianjiu, Ma Hongtang, Ma Ying, and deputy chief engineer Hao Fang attended the meeting. Nearly 100 people including the company's departments, workshop heads and employee representatives attended the launching ceremony of "Quality Month".

Ma Hongtang, the leader of the quality month activity leading group, made a mobilization speech, and the deputy group leader Hao Fang made specific work arrangements. Four employee representatives, including Xia Qionglin and Zhang Jiangdan, announced the quality month activity proposal. All participants were led by Liu Jun, the deputy head of the Quality Department Next, a solemn oath was taken on the Quality Month activities.
